1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ArbitsHub ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, real-time discovery engine, arbitrage signals, predictions, and calculators (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for sports sports betting in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. By subscribing or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description & User Conduct

ArbitsHub provides tools, data, and live mathematical analysis to surface potential sports arbitrage, value betting, and middle betting opportunities. All data is for informational purposes only.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you agree not to:

• Scrape, extract, crawl, or harvest any live data feeds or arbitrage signals from our platform.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate-limiting, authentication guards, or security layers.
• Resell, distribute, or share account access or subscription signals with third parties.
• Use our platform to engage in any unlawful activity or violate local sports gambling regulations.

3. Subscription, Billing, & Cancellations

ArbitsHub offers Starter (Free), Pro, and Elite tiers. Subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, renewals, and checkouts are securely processed and managed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile Settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated and processed in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's default policies and our customer support guidelines.

4. Risk Notice & No-Guarantee Disclaimer

Sports betting involves significant financial risk. While arbitrage is based on mathematical gaps, sportsbooks may alter odds rapidly, cancel wagers, limit user accounts, or reject bet slips. ArbitsHub does not guarantee that wagers will be placed successfully or that sportsbooks will honor wagers.

We provide information and mathematical tools, not financial, legal, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made or funds wagered.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArbitsHub and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or wagers lost, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
